Clare can work with organisations to assist with developing training to meet their needs. Clare will work with organisations to explore your training or development needs, and assist with developing the right intervention, programme or training to meet those needs. Clare will provide research and input based to develop the unique requirements for each organisations needs.

She also has a range of training courses developed that can be run or adapted for your each organisation. Each course is researched and developed by Clare and is based on leading Organisational Psychology Research.
